There are some ideas about life that shape the way I see and feel the world. I present the hypothesis about the existence of a network of connections between all living beings and the Earth, in which numerous exchanges of matter and energy take place, between all bodies and within all bodies. The explicit fragility of these connections is considered a basic principle, as well as their alterable, finite, breakable and non-eternal features. Life and death go together. Once the existence of the organic entity is ended, part of that energy and that matter remains in life: the memory from its life and the material trace it leaves behind.

This fragility is found in the relationships that we establish as human beings, in the connections within nature, between living beings and the environment, and in the internal energy which runs inside us. By studying the fragility of life I want to get closer to the asthenia of the human being and the organic, to what makes us vulnerable, fragile, alterable. This is probably what makes us beautiful, and simply, living beings. I would like to transcend the physical exterior of the body and reach its interior, which both work together and need each other in life. The body tells us about mind and soul, and vice versa.

Given my interest in interdisciplinary art, often finding myself away from the traditional bidimensional surface, my work takes organic forms inspired by nature as a reference, together with its own elements. I am interested in studying the connections that take place between different living beings and the environment, as well as the natural beauty given by the own properties of materials. Thus, I work in two diferent subjects: the exploration, experimentation and interaction with diferent materials and the study of the connections that are present in life.

… Read MoreSTATEMENT

["post-118","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
